NGPA Tailwheel Endorsement

$1,500 

This scholarship is for a certificated pilot who is or wants to earn a tailwheel endorsement to their existing Private/Commercial/ATP certificate. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

Buttgenbach Private Pilot Training Scholarship 

$10,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to earn their private pilot certificate. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. This scholarship includes travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

NGPA Seaplane Rating Scholarship (2 Available) 

$2,000 

This scholarship is for a certificated pilot who is or wants to earn a seaplane rating to their existing Private/Commercial/ATP certificate. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

NGPA Ally Committee Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is an outstanding LGBTQ+ ally and is studying or training to work in the aviation industry. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the school where you are studying/training. 

NGPA Transgender & Non-binary Committee Scholarship  

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is an outstanding transgender or gender-diverse advocate and is studying or training to work in the aviation industry. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the school where you are studying/training. 

NGPA Women’s Committee Scholarship  

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is an outstanding LGBTQ+ advocate and is studying or training to work in the aviation industry. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the school where you are studying/training. 

NGPA Steven Moore Advocacy Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person that is an outstanding LGBTQ+ advocate who is or wants to earn their private pilot certificate. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

Alaska Airlines Advanced Flight Training Scholarship

$5,000

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This includes a commercial pilot certificate or additional ratings. Eligible Applicants must already be part of an Alaska Airlines Pilot Development Program or Ascend Academy or willing to join one of the programs. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

Southwest Airlines Advanced Flight Training Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This includes an instrument rating, commercial pilot certificate or additional ratings. You must be a Destination 225° cadet, student or flight instructor. Funds will be remitted to either a Destination 225° university, CAE, US Aviation, or SkyWarrior. This scholarship includes travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs.

JSX Aircraft Maintenance Training Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for those in the AMT career path. Must be enrolled in a FAA accredited AMT program or prior military veteran that worked on military aircraft and receiving their A&P certificate. This is a cash scholarship. NGPA will send funds to the school/program where you are training.  

American Airlines Flight Scholarship (4 Available) 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for any level, but focused on a person who is in or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

Cage Marshall Consulting Advanced Flight Training Scholarship 

$1,500 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This includes a commercial pilot certificate or additional ratings. This is a cash scholarship. NGPA will send the funds to the flight school where you are training.  

Propel by Delta Air Lines Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. Eligible Applicants must already be a part of a Propel Pathway program or school. This scholarship includes travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

Delta Air Advanced Flight Training Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This includes a commercial pilot certificate or additional ratings.  This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

Solairus Aviation Advanced Flight Training Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This includes a commercial pilot certificate or additional ratings. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

Piedmont Airlines Instrument Rating Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for an instrument rating.  Eligible applicants should have an application on file for the Piedmont Ambassador program or Cadet program. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

Piedmont Airlines Aviation Management Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for anyone pursuing an Aviation Management degree. Applicants must be enrolled in an aviation related degree program. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the University where you are enrolled. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

Piedmont Airlines Aviation Maintenance Technician Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for those in the AMT career path. Must be enrolled or accepted into a FAA Accredited AMT Program. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the school/program where you are enrolled. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Palm Springs Banquet. 

Republic Airways Opportunity Elevated Flight Training Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for those that have career aspirations to work at an airline as a pilot. Must Be a current student enrolled in flight training. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the school/program where you are enrolled. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

Republic Airways Opportunity Elevated Maintenance Training Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for those that have career aspirations to work at an airline in maintenance. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the school/program where you are enrolled. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

Fedex Advanced Flight Training Scholarship 

$6,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This includes a commercial pilot certificate and added ratings. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training.

PSA Advanced Flight Training Scholarship (2 available)

Envoy Pilot Training Scholarship (2 available)

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to earn their private pilot certificate, or any other type of pilot certificate. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Palm Springs Banquet.  

Envoy Tech Ops Scholarship

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to earn a career in Tech Ops.  This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the school where you are training. This scholarship included travel and lodging to the 2024 Winter Warm-Up in Palm Springs. 

Endre Holen and Stephanie Goetz Mult-Engine Flight Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person pursuing a multi-engine commercial rating. Applicant must be seeking a professional career in aviation. This is cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

Emerald Mental Health Cares Scholarship  

$2,000 

This scholarship is designed for those pursuing a higher education in any occupation including aviation. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to your school/university.  

Epic Flight Academy Aircraft Mechanic or Tech Ops Training Scholarship 

$25,000 value 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to earn a career in Tech Ops or AMT work. Must be a U.S. resident, and recipient is responsible for costs related to books, tools, and testing. This is a tuition credit award valid only at Epic Flight Academy.  

Wheels Up Advanced Flight Training Scholarship 

$5,000 

This scholarship is for a person who is or wants to do more advanced flight training beyond the private pilot level. This includes a commercial pilot certificate or additional ratings. This is a cash award. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training. 

Flex Air Private Pilot Scholarship

This scholarship is for a person who wants to earn their private pilot certificate. This is not a cash award. The recipient of this scholarship will receive their CFI directly from Flex Air Flight School in Manhattan, Kansas.  

Flex Air CFI Scholarship

This scholarship is for a person who wants to earn their initial flight instructor certificate. This is not a cash award. The recipient of this scholarship will receive their CFI directly from Flex Air Flight School in Manhattan, Kansas. 

Flying Dollar Airport Pilot Training Scholarship

This scholarship is for any level of pilot training. This is a cash award scholarship. NGPA will send funds to the flight school where you are training.
