NGPA is looking for volunteers who are willing to travel to organizations, Universities, and Flight Schools to speak on Inclusion & Diversity on behalf of the NGPA through our Inclusion Training Team (ITT) Program. 

Volunteers wishing to be an ITT Team Volunteer should have the following skills: 

• Strong public speaking skills

• Experience working in the aviation industry

• Ability to memorize and speak on prepared topics from NGPA

• Ability to research and expand the existing NGPA Inclusion Training Curriculum

• Ability to travel onsite to locations when needed and when your work schedule allows

  • NGPA will cover related lodging and travel expenses
