The Winter Warm-Up presented by American Airlines is the NGPA’s flagship West Coast event, which is held at the beginning of the year and is by far our largest yearly gathering. Warm weather, a uniquely Southwest landscape, and miles of blue skies make Palm Springs, CA the perfect spot for a mid-winter fly-in.
Donating to the Auction
Thanks for your interest in donating to our Winter Warm-Up Auction! Our auction program directly contributes to NGPA’s scholarship fund and helps to make the dreams of young aviators possible.
We kindly ask that you please complete the form below to enter your auction items into our live and silent auction for the NGPA 2026 Winter Warm-Up presented by American Airlines. You can enter more than one item at a time on the form if you wish.

Getting your items to NGPA
If your auction donations are physical items, we will need those in our possession by end of day, Friday February 6th. We have a few different options for obtaining your items:
You may drop off your items to our registration/check-in team anytime at our registration tables, which are open during the event Wednesday-Friday. Check-In open times will be posted in the event app, but a great time would be during the Industry Expo presented by United Airlines.
You may also ship the items to our office if you wish. Please ensure items arrive prior to January 23, 2026. Please reach out to [email protected] for shipping info.
