Winter Warm-Up vs Industry Expo Registration - What's the difference?
We know the dual events may be confusing for those new to NGPA. The Industry Expo is an exciting opportunity for attendees to meet with airlines, exhibitors, and network for a valuable career growth opportunity. The NGPA Winter Warm-Up registration above includes access to the Industry Expo but also includes access to the full weekend of NGPA Palm Springs social events and Saturday night banquet. If you are not interested in the weekend social events and banquet, we highly encourage you to register for just the Industry Expo, when registration opens on January 2nd.. This allows us to save available space for members who want to join for the social events during the weekend, and offers you the networking events at a reduced cost.

The 2022 NGPA Winter Warm-Up and Industry Expo will be a fully vaccinated event for all attendees. All attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend. A negative test will not be accepted as substitution for a vaccine. A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series, one dose of a Janssen vaccine, or another WHO approved vaccine. You will be asked to provide your vaccine card, a photo of your vaccine card, or digital proof of full vaccination at check-in for the event.
Full cancellations will be granted through close of business on Friday, Jan. 28, 2022 with a $10 administrative credit processing fee. After that, no refunds will be provided. In the event of a sellout, and if there is a waiting list, refunds will be provided on a one-for-one basis, less a $10 administrative credit processing fee. The NGPA accepts no responsibility and is not liable for fees assessed and/or charges incurred due to cancellations, refunds, or sellouts. Waivers of the refund policy due to medical emergency, death, etc. will be allowed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Event Planning Committee Chair or the President. The Association does not provide refunds due to travel problems or interruptions such as but not limited to missed flights, cancelled flights, weather delays, etc. Regardless of reason, the NGPA accepts no responsibility and is not liable for cancellation fees assessed by the host hotel property (The Renaissance Hotel) to registrants utilizing the Association's contracted group rate.
