Afternoon – Arrivals and Hotel Check In

18:00 - Dinner with Atlanta Stick and Rudder NGPA Chapter and Delta Air Lines BRG at Moxy Hotel in High Note Room (Level 6) - This event is an opportunity to spend some time with and get to know the local Queer Aviation Community in Atlanta!

Saturday, April 20th

07:30 - 8:30 - Breakfast - Join us in the AC Lounge (Level 2) for a light breakfast provided for event attendees.

08:30 - Buses Begin Loading for Transport to Delta OCC - Meet in the Lobby of the Moxy Hotel to Load the Bus for Transportation to Delta's OCC!

10:00 - 12:00 – Tour of Delta Air Lines Operations Control Center (OCC) - Come join us as we tour the Delta Air Lines Operations Control Center at Delta World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia!

18:00 - 21:00 - Evening Reception at the Moxy Bar Lounge inside the Moxy Hotel - Join us in a reserved lounge space inside the Moxy Midtown Atlanta! Get to know your community better at this intimate function in the reserved MAX Bar inside the Moxy Hotel. We will be serving heavy apps and small plates, in addition to a cash bar. This dedicated lounge space is the perfect opportunity to sit, chat, and reconnect. 

Sunday, April 21st

10:00 - 12:00 - Brunch at The Nook on Piedmont Park - This event will be at cost to attendees! Join us on our last day for brunch at The Nook! Connect with your fellow attendees over mimosas and brunch and have a relaxing morning in Piedmont Park!
