Pride 2024 is right around the corner, and NGPA's DFW Metroplex Flyers invites you to come celebrate in Dallas, Texas May 31 – June 3, 2024!
NGPA chapters are trying something new and a little different this year with a Pride Focus City. Get ready to join the excitement in Dallas or at our other chapters for unforgettable pride celebrations. DFW Metroplex Flyers chapter hosts NGPA’s Pride Focus City presented by Piedmont Airlines.
Kick-Off Pride Month a day early! Take a train, plane, or automobile to DFW. We recommend arriving on Friday to participate in unofficial gatherings amongst NGPA members at various local dinner spots and nightlife in Dallas’ very own Gayborhood, Oaklawn.
NGPA’s DFW Pride Pool Party hosted by longtime NGPA Members Will Abbott and Jeff Pelch
Will and Jeff are generously opening their home to us for a fabulous Pride Pool Party. Food, water, and sodas will be provided. Alcoholic beverages are BYOB and coolers will be provided. **Please NO GLASS** We encourage pool party-goers to use ride share services.

Pride Hangar Party hosted by NGPA Sponsor JSX
Join NGPA at JSX’s Hangar at Dallas Love Field for food, drinks, and music. We will be serving local flavor from one of Dallas’ best Tex-Mex restaurants, Lupe Tortilla. Free beer, wine, and seltzers will be provided. JSX operations will be in progress so please be considerate of their ops. We encourage you to use ride share services and limited parking is available.

Following the Hangar Party, we can head to Oaklawn, to scoot some boots at The Round-Up Saloon on Cedar Springs Road.
Pride Brunch at Maple Landing
Shake the night off with NGPA during brunch at Maple Landing. Price includes a delicious southern breakfast buffet, tax, and gratuity. Alcohol will be additional cost.
We will have a free shuttle for Bunch Attendees from Maple Landing to Fair Park for the parade. The shuttle will return to Maple Landing after the parade with a stop on Cedar Springs for those who would like to participate in Sunday Funday in the Dallas Gayborhood.

NGPA is marching in the Dallas Pride Parade to show visibility! We will marshal at 1315 to start the parade at 1400 and throw out “swag” items to supporters and spectators. After the parade, those who rode the shuttle from the Maple Landing and utilize the shuttle to return to the Oaklawn area.

Following the Pride Parade, we will head to Oaklawn to attend Sunday Funday at various gay bars in the area.
