The NGPA is excited to partner with Propel by Delta and has developed a Community Pathway for NGPA members to apply to Propel. Successful candidates of Propel will be provided a Qualified Job Offer. The Qualified Job Offer provides a defined pathway to Delta Air Lines and Delta’s wholly-owned subsidiary Endeavor Air through a single interview.

Joining Propel via the NGPA Community Pathway will be a two-step process:

• Active NGPA members will apply on the NGPA website. The NGPA will select 10 members to sponsor for Propel.

• The selected members will then apply and interview with Propel. Upon a successful interview with Propel, members will be provided a Qualified Job Offer and enrolled in Propel.

The application window is expected to open again in early/mid 2025. Active members may apply via the link below. Successful candidates will be announced in mid-August and will be paired with an NGPA mentor to help them prepare for the Propel application & interview process.

Minimum qualifications to apply:

• Attending a flight program that qualifies candidate for a R-ATP.

  • AND not attending a Propel Collegiate Partner school.

• Be in junior or senior year of college or within six months of graduation and working as a flight instructor.

• Hold a first class medical.

• Hold a current passport and freely enter / exit the U.S.

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
