2PM-6PM Express Check-In - Skip the lines, and pick up your badge from our Express check-in booth located at The Boatslip. NGPA Merchandise will also be for sale.
4PM-7PM Tea Dance – A Provincetown classic. Located on the deck of The Boatslip, dance the afternoon away with the community. While not an official NGPA event, entry to Thursday Tea Dance will be included in the Cape Cod Classic ticket.
9PM Informal Shipwreck Gathering - Join your fellow members at Shipwreck Lounge on Carver St to conclude the evening.

9:30AM-10AM NGPA Town Hall - We're excited to extend a special invitation to you for an exclusive peek into the inner workings of the NGPA at our upcoming Membership Town Hall! This is an opportunity to connect with the heartbeat of our organization, gain insight into our operations, share your feedback, and gain valuable knowledge directly from our Executive Director, Justin Ellixson-Andrews at the Boatslip!
10AM - 11AM - Amelia Earhart: Beyond the Skies - presented by Margie Arnold, Ph.D. - Most people know that Amelia Earhart was a pioneering pilot who disappeared somewhere over the Pacific Ocean in 1937 and to date her plane has never been found. But did you know that she worked in Boston as a social worker and was engaged to someone from Marblehead, MA? Did you know she fought for women’s rights and equality? Did you know she had her own clothing and luggage lines? Amelia Earhart succeeded because she knew what she wanted and refused to let obstacles deter her from pursuing her dreams.
12PM - 3PM - NGPA Pool Party at the Boatslip! - Get ready to make a splash with NGPA at Provincetown’s most iconic poolside destination! Join us at the Boatslip for an afternoon of sunshine, music, and community at our official NGPA Pool Party. Whether you're diving in, dancing poolside, or just soaking up the vibes with a cocktail in hand, this is the place to be. Bring your best swimwear and your NGPA pride—this high-energy event is not to be missed! Food will be served for attendees that have purchased the pool party during registration!

8PM-10PM Friday Night Welcome Social at The Boatslip – Gather out on The Boatslip deck for an evening overlooking the Cape with NGPA friends. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
10PM After Hours Informal Gathering - Join your fellow NGPA Members at the A House to conclude the evening!
10AM - 2PM Build your own Saturday adventure with NGPA! More Details soon!
3:45PM - 7:30PM - Transportation to the Airport Reception and Queen of the Fleet begins! Buses will be departing from MacMillan Pier.
4PM-7PM Airport Reception and Queen of the Fleet Fly-In - Touch down and join us at the Provincetown Airport for our official NGPA Airport reception! Mingle with members old and new over bites and drinks, then get ready for the return of our fabulous Queen of the Fleet Fly-In contest—a fun and flight-themed competition you won’t want to miss. Come vote for your favorite aircraft and best decorated aircraft and enjoy a meal in the hangar at the Provincetown airport.
9PM After Hours Informal Gathering - Join your fellow NGPA Members at Porch Bar at Gifford House on Carver St to conclude the evening!
11AM-12:30PM and 1PM-2:30PM Farewell Drag Brunch - Round off the weekend with an absolutely fabulous Drag Brunch at The Boatslip. A lavish breakfast buffet and mimosas are included, as well as complimentary soft drinks.

5PM-7PM Sunset Sail – The NGPA has two schooner boats chartered for a scenic sunset sail on the cape. There is no better way to top off such an amazing weekend spent with friends and your NGPA Family. Secure your spot by registering early as we are limited to 76 seats.
