Despite recent executive actions targeting the LGBTQ+ community, NGPA remains steadfast in its mission to support and celebrate all of us. No policy or rhetoric can erase the progress we’ve made or force us back into hiding—we are stronger than that. No matter your identity or expression, your experiences and contributions are an integral part of NGPA’s DNA. Our commitment to amplifying diverse voices and celebrating the entire LGBTQ+ aviation community remains unwavering.  

This year's Flagship Palm Springs events are cleared for takeoff, and we're expecting the biggest event yet! Whether you're a new pilot looking to get your footing, a long-time general aviation enthusiast with thousands of hours, or a professional pilot looking to advance your exciting career, our events have something to offer. Here are some returning and new events that you can expect from the Industry Expo presented by United Airlines and the Winter Warm-Up presented by American Airlines: 

  • Speakers from the General Aviation Committee, Trans and Non-Binary Committee, and the debut speaker of our new Vertical Aviation Committee (From the Flight Deck to the Helipad: Navigating Military to Civilian Helicopter Employment) 
  • Palm Springs Air Museum Reception
  • Saturday Gala featuring comedian Pam Ann
  • Break-out sessions focusing on pilot mental and physical health, FAA medical denial, and mentorship
  • Fly-in Brunch and Queen of the Fleet Competition
  • Battle of the Skies Drag Brunch

General Registration is open until January 31st, and late registration is open from February 1-14th. Tickets are first come first serve, so act now to secure your spot for this exciting weekend of friends, fun, and community!
