Position Duties:
· Be the first point of contact for member inquiries
· Onboard new members, helping them establish a network with the organization
· Ensure existing members feel connected and see value in their membership
· Help grow membership organically through tailored benefits and resources
· Develop donor engagement and recognition campaigns
· Provide general administrative support across all operations, programs, and initiatives

Special thanks to our hosts, D.C.’s Out on the Runway, who will be marching in the Capital City Pride Parade to show visibility for the NGPA. All are welcome to join our D.C. friends for this special installment of our “Wings Over” event series! Registration is now open HERE!
Are you interested in volunteering with the NGPA this year at EAA AirVenture? Booth volunteers will receive FREE AirVenture entry for days they work, as well as a Lunch/Snack at the Booth at no cost to the volunteer! There are 3 shifts per day lasting 2 hours each. This London Pride, we’re back and bigger than ever. We're taking celebrations to new heights with Pride in the Skies, Aviation Pride UK’s flagship event! No matter your role in the aviation world —this weekend is for YOU. And guess what? You don’t need to be a member to join in the fun (though members get exclusive discounts, so it’s worth signing up!). Saturday 5th July — London Pride Parade
March alongside our fabulous float through the streets, celebrating inclusivity and showcasing the colors of aviation.
Sunday 6th July — Bottomless Drag Brunch
Bottomless drinks, delicious brunch, and performances from some of London’s finest drag queens.
