Dear NGPA Members,

As I conclude my role as Board Chair and pass the controls over to Scott Konzem, I am thrilled to inform you about our exciting plans for next year. As you know, NGPA is dedicated to promoting and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in aviation, and I am proud of all that we have accomplished together, thanks to your support.

One of our key priorities for next year is to continue to provide scholarships to LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies who are pursuing their dreams in aviation. These scholarships make a significant difference in the recipients' lives, and we are grateful to all our members who have supported this vital program. Scholarships also play an important part in breaking down some barriers that continue to stand in the way of LGBTQ+ participation in aviation.

In addition to our scholarship program, we also plan to continue our efforts to promote aviation to local LGBTQ+ communities everywhere through education and outreach. Aviation can be a rewarding and exciting pursuit for anyone interested. We want to ensure that everyone has access to equally and authentically participate in the growing opportunities available. Our NGPA Industry Expo and Aviation Inclusion Summit are the perfect examples of the type of investments we intend to expand on to bring diversity to the skies.

Finally, we are also excited to continue working through our local chapters to promote the work of our organization. Our chapters play a vital role in supporting LGBTQ+ members by building a community around our shared passion for aviation with regular gatherings and fostering connections through our chosen families. We are grateful for all the hard work and dedication they bring to our organization.
