What is contract fuel?
Phillips 66® Aviation Contract Fuel Program offers NGPA members discounted Jet and Avgas purchases at nearly 150 domestic locations. Program members simply identify themselves by their company name and tail number, the FBO will take care of the rest. No fuel cards and no fuel releases. NGPA members will be billed for their purchases directly, eliminating the costs of credit card fees. It’s like taking base fuel on the road.
How do I sign up?
As a member of the Phillips 66® Aviation Contract Fuel Program, you are pre-approved at all participating Phillips 66® contract fuel locations. To set up your account simply complete the application below, and respond to any followup email communications form the Phillips 66® team.
The fuel program application can be completed as an individual or a company. If submitting as a company, you will need to submit a copy of your company’s Articles of Inc or proof of LLC along with a W-9. If you are signing up as an individual not associated with a company, we are able to accept a personal W-9. Bank W-9 forms can be found here. Be sure to list "NGPA - National Gay Pilots Association" under the question "Please list all of the aviation organizations/associations you are a member of".
