Season’s Greetings!

I hope you and yours have had a cheerful and fulfilling holiday season. As we enter short final on 2024, I’d like to take the opportunity to look back on a few things we've accomplished together as the NGPA family: over $400k+ in aviation scholarships, 160+ chapter events, 50+ local and student chapters, 500+ mentorship pairs... just to name a few! Congratulations to you all for another record-setting year for the NGPA!

Beyond numbers, however, lies the impact we can make when we join efforts supporting a collective mission. This past year, you’ve shown resilience, understanding, perseverance, and perhaps most importantly, determination. We should all be extra proud this season of what we’ve accomplished together, the impact it had on the lives of members, and use that sense of pride and enthusiasm to carry us into the new year.
Our unwavering mission to build, support, and unite the LGBTQ+ aviation community remains steadfast, despite whatever challenges may lie ahead. The year 2024 was a testament to our spirit of determination; our community is no stranger to challenges.

While much is unknown about what 2025 will bring, one thing for certain is our opportunity to set the standard and be an example of authenticity and inclusion.
