We welcomed a near sold-out crowd in Provincetown at this year’s Cape Cod Classic. From reconnecting with longtime members to welcoming many new, this year stood out as a celebration of our growing and diverse community of LGBTQ+ aviators and allies. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Event Committee volunteers & staff, whose hard work and dedication made this year’s event such a success. Donors raised a record-breaking $71,000+ during the event, exceeding an already ambitious fundraising goal! Those funds provide critical resources needed to support NGPA’s mission, local chapters, and more – something we couldn’t do without the generosity of donors. Congratulations to our Queen of the Fleet winners Ryan R. (Best Decorated) and Greg S. (Favorite Aircraft).  This year’s event was sponsored in part by: Cirrus, Cape Air, Endeavor, and Thales. 

With Cape Cod 2026 now in the logbook, our sights are set on several upcoming national events. Registration is open for this fall’s Aviation Inclusion Summit and Student Summit. Industry Expo and Winter Warm-Up will open shortly. Keep up to date on all things NGPA by reading each month's On The Fly, and follow us on social media @wearengpa.  

Outside of events, there are many ways to engage with your greater NGPA family. Connect with a mentor, attend a webinar, check out our AME directory, speak with mental health professionals ... just to name a few resources available to members.
